Lychee Honey

Primarily grown in Shan and Kachin states. Bee pollination is important for production of the lychee tree. The honey from the lychee plant is light and delicate, tasty, and very light amber.
 
Harvest: February to May  
Flavour: Mild, minty with slight hints of lychee aftertaste
Colour: Light yellow  
Health: Great source of dietary fibre and protein. Helpful in digestive issues, cognitive disorders and improving blood circulation
