Pure, premium, HACCP and
Halal certified honey from Myanmar

Golden Myanmar Honey was established in 2015 in Yangon, Myanmar. We source honey from over 300 beekeepers in Sagaing, Magway and Bago regions, Shan and Mon states and Mandalay division. We trade both monofloral and multifloral honey.

All our beekeepers practice and manage the apiaries under Myanmar's Good Beekeeping Practices (GBP) guidelines and participate in the national residues monitoring plan. We sell premium quality, HACCP and Halal certified honey to local and export markets.

Our honey is sourced nationwide. We have a well-established and reliable network of over 40 trusted suppliers producing 100% pure and unadulterated raw honey with HACCP, Halal, GMP, and FDA approved honey and honey products.

We sell domestically and currently export to Southeast Asia, East Asia, and North America with plans to expand into Europe. We sell eight varieties of honey under our brands, Better Buzz (export) and Better Bee (domestic).

We take every effort to maintain and build our beekeepers’ livelihoods and production growth. We care for them and our customers.

We ensure 100% transparency and commitment to reach export quality regulations, criteria and procedures.

Organic bee farm

We are investing in our own organic bee farm in Sagaing in 2023-2024. It will help surrounding farmers increase their yield and we plan to develop an organic honey range.

We have found a village in Sagaing Region and Shan State that is all about organic cultivation. Here, my little farm can develop organic, pesticide-free honey where there is no chemical residual. Our bees will be healthy and there is sufficient food for them as the farm has jujuba trees.

At the bee farm, I plan to ensure 30% of the beekeepers are women. The majority will be youth aged 22 to 35, with a total of 12 employees.

We will also open our Better Bee Honey Tea Shop in Yangon in 2023-2024. It will serve honey-based food and beverages, and sell honey, honeycomb, beeswax candles, lip balms and soaps.
